Sahil Sipani holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Loughborough University, UK, and has been actively involved in the company since completing his studies. With a focus on innovation, global business development, and client-focused solutions, Sahil has played a key role in expanding Jaguar Petropacks’ presence across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa. He brings a modern, sustainability-conscious approach to the business, driving advancements in custom product design, technology adoption, and eco-friendly practices. Sahil’s leadership ensures the company remains competitive and responsive to the evolving needs of global markets.

Samta Mutha is a graduate of the S P Jain School of Global Management, where she majored in Entrepreneurshipand minored in Marketing. With rich international experience across Singapore, Dubai, and Sydney, Samta brings a global perspective to Jaguar Petropacks’ leadership team. She oversees key functions in brand development, organizational culture, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring the company’s values are reflected both internally and externally. Known for her people-first mindset and structured approach, Samta plays a vital role in shaping a resilient, future-ready organization aligned with global best practices and responsible business values.
